		We hope your visit to Crafts People was an enjoyable experience, and we look forward to your visiting us again in the near future.



		Shipping and Handling We are happy to ship your purchases to your home or the person of your choice. We ship UPS only - and we offer "ground service" only (i.e. we do not have the staff to accomodate "next day air," etc.). You are charged a handling fee of 5% of your retail purchase plus UPS charges. Lay Away At Crafts People there is a non-charge lay away plan. A deposit and agreement to make monthly payments holds any purchase for you. Gift Registry Brides and grooms have always enjoyed our gift registry, but you don't have to be planning a wedding to take advantage of this service. Whatever the occasion, just come in and sign up. Then tell all your friends!


								Returns: All returns are welcomed if they are within thirty days of the purchase, the merchandise is in prime condition, and if the return is accompanied with the sales invoice issued with purchase. If you are unable to bring the return to the gallery in person, you are welcome to UPS the item to us: Crafts People, 262 Spillway Road, West Hurley, New York 12491. Free gift wrap : We will happily gift wrap your choices either in the shop or for the pieces that you are shipping
